When you go on a diet, you plan to stick to eating healthy right? Thatโ€™s great! But donโ€™t you want to have a snack that you love occasionally? I honestly donโ€™t think that I could start eating all vegetables and not have a piece of bacon or my favorite candy bar occasionally.

Personally, I think if you donโ€™t go overboard then a cheat day is fine. You need to reward yourself for doing the hard work of either losing weight or eating better.

Who can say no to ice cream?

Candy bars?

Chocolate cake?

You need to reward yourself! So, I say cheat days are ok!
